Noel R. Vincent is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned a B.A.E. in theology. He is also a graduate of the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University where he earned a Master’s degree in Christian Apologetics. He is currently preparing a research proposal for PhD work in the UK. Noel served as Senior Pastor of Compass Community Church in Houston, Texas, for 12 years. He stepped down as pastor in 2012 to accept the Provost’s position at World Hope Bible Institute, for which he travels throughout the year to Africa, Asia, and South America. He also serves on the Advisory Council of Southwestern Seminary and currently as Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Houston.

In addition to his ministry service, Noel is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Senior Partners Private Wealth Management, LLC, a full-service investment, tax, risk, and estate planning practice devoted to serving the unique needs of mature investors and business owners. He has more than 30 years of professional business management and investment experience as a specialist in retirement and estate planning. His firm manages investor assets exceeding $50 million. Noel is a former advisor and past member of the investment committee of Madison Avenue Securities, and he coaches top financial advisors around the country through his mentoring program, The Total Practice. Noel is a popular speaker at industry events.

Although born in the Midwest, he was raised in Texas. Noel coached elite youth baseball for 10 years and is an avid bird hunter with his Setter, Sage, and his two Brittanys, Cash and Katie. If he isn’t traveling, hunting, or ill, Noel is on the water fishing for bass. Noel and his wife are madly in love and have been married for more than 30 years. They have two brilliant college student kids whom they adore.
